At Forged & Flat, we stand by the weight and durability of our hardware. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

30-DAY INSPECTION PERIOD

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to inspect your hardware. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and in the same condition you received it.

In the original packaging.

Ordered the wrong size? We offer exchanges for different lengths. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our facility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost hardware.

Items showing clear signs of wear, scratches, or modification.
